1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file a site stores in your browser to remember information (for example, your language or whether you already accepted the cookie banner). We also use browser local storage to keep your consent preference.
2. Categories we use
Strictly necessary (always on), functional (language, active section), analytics (aggregated site use) and advertising (campaign measurement on Google Ads). The last two require your explicit consent.
3. Google Consent Mode v2
We implement Google Consent Mode v2 with all parameters set to denied by default before any advertising or analytics script loads. Only if you accept do we update ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage to granted. This means that, until you decide, no advertising identifier leaves your browser.
4. Google Ads and measurement
We use Google Ads' global tag (AW-18064110603) only to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns. The signal is sent with ads_data_redaction = true when consent is denied and with url_passthrough to preserve cookieless attribution when applicable.
5. How to manage your consent
You can accept all, reject all, or adjust category by category from the cookie banner. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage and reapplied automatically on future visits. If you clear the site's data, the banner will appear again.
6. Cookies and storage list
mbpr_consent (local storage, 12 months, your consent preference); mbpr_lang (local storage, 12 months, selected language); _gcl_au and _gcl_aw (Google Ads, up to 90 days, only if you accept advertising); _ga / _ga_* (Google Analytics, up to 24 months, only if you accept analytics).
7. Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we will mark the date at the top of this page. For any questions, write to privacidad@modernbrandingpr.com.
