1. Identification of the provider
Modernbrandingpr LLC, registration 502841-2024, EIN 92-3489271, OCIF license FA-2024-1837, based in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Modernbrandingpr is not a government agency and does not officially represent FEMA, HUD, USDA, IRS or the Puerto Rico Department of Treasury.
2. Nature of the service
Modernbrandingpr provides assessment, guidance and administrative case-management services. The firm does not guarantee the approval of aid, credits or benefits, since such approval depends exclusively on the competent authorities.
3. Fees and payments
The first consultation is free. Fees for subsequent services are agreed in writing before any work begins, through a proposal signed by both parties, in compliance with OCIF Regulation 9344.
4. Client obligations
The client agrees to provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information and to notify any relevant changes. Submission of false documents or statements automatically voids the service and may lead to the client's legal liability before public administration.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the site (text, graphics, Taino-sun-style illustrations and the Modernbrandingpr brand) is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Total or partial reproduction is prohibited without written authorization.
6. Limitation of liability
Modernbrandingpr is liable for willful misconduct or gross negligence, but not for delays attributable to public administrations, supervening regulatory changes or force majeure. Total liability is limited to the fees actually paid by the client during the previous twelve months.
7. Electronic communications
By accepting these terms, you consent to receive communications related to your inquiry by email or, if so indicated, by instant messaging. You can revoke this consent at any time.
8. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Disputes shall first be submitted to mediation before the Conflict Mediation Center of the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico and, failing that, to the courts in San Juan.
